A beautiful blend of sweet apricots with just a touch of tart. To this I add just the right amount of Habanero pepper to make this jam smooth and creamy with a bit of a kick at the end. This is a perfect jam for anywhere from an everything bagel, a dipping sauce for a spinish and cheese stuffed pork loin glaze. Also, Very good on a chacourty tray!
